At Pause In Motion, our workplace wellness program begins with a staff survey assessing their awareness of inclusivity and cultural nuances. Using the survey results, we tailor a webinar to explore internal and external inclusivity opportunities, including Government initiatives, available resources, and your company's directives for potential future programs. By collaborating with staff, we gather insights to adapt and shape future planning. Based on the webinar findings, we can as an additional service, design tailored programs and implement ongoing solutions that foster inclusivity and promote overall well-being.
